"Can I say something honestly as it is in a way that I saw it, and this is my honest opinion if you want an ultra modern high tech hotel this isn't it, there was something else more charming and rustic about this place it was a bit of a blast from the past it's a few years old but it captures the pastiche of proper bournemouth vacationing all good I enjoyed it."

The staff were very helpful. They were always available. the room was indeed cosy and clean (i appreciate a tidy space). i found the car park availability particularly useful.

The room's window did not fully close. This was a bit bothersome. the carpets looked quite marked. Some were stained. there was no duvet on the bed. Only a sheet was available.

The staff was particularly helpful. They assisted with local directions. I found the car park very useful, providing secure parking. The room had a super view, a definite plus for this hotel.

superb location convenient car park friendly staff

the location was superb, very close to everything. the car park was a definite plus, very convenient. i found the staff so helpful and friendly.. i felt right at home!

the decor looked a little dated. maybe some fresh paint would work wonders.
